Usl Collective Bargaining Agreement

The goals of the USLPA are to increase the popularity of football in North America, strengthen the stature of the USL, promote the interests of its players, improve the terms and conditions of employment of USL players, and bargain collectively with the USL on behalf of all USL players. For nearly two years, the USLPA has been in talks with the league to try to secure a collective agreement at the USL championship level. The process proved difficult, especially when COVID-19 stopped the game. After months of rigorous negotiations, the players reached a return agreement for the championship and League One for the 2020 season, which allowed the competition to resume.
